There are 3 simple steps to become a PADI open water diver which is your ticket to dive all over the world!  

1. Get the knowledge - Knowledge development sessions teach you the crucial things divers need to know.
  
2. Pool or confined water dives - You'll develop key practical scuba skills in a pool or pool-like conditions.
  
3. The open water dives -  put your knowledge and skills into practice in the open water with your Aquarius dive instructor.

 

Introduction

Aquarius dive center gives lessons according the PADI system. This are the most well-known and spread systems in the world. Having a PADI brevet is the best guarantee for recognition to dive all over the world.

program

The Open water diver course has three components:  pool (confined water) dives, theory sessions and open water dives. In the pool (confined water) you will be prepared for outside diving. A minimum of 5 pool (confined water) dives are necessary  which learn you to dive without effort and to handle with problems situation. There are 5 theory sessions. The last session is including  a theory examination. To finish your training you make 4 open water dives with your instructor. During this dives  you demonstrate that everything what is learned, you can use during the dives. After you finished the 4 open water dives you get your international recognized and well-known brevet.

At Aquarius dive center the Open water diver  course is possible for everyone with a minimum age of 12 years.

The Open water diver course costs. euro 249,- price is included VAT and:

  • 5 pool (confined water) dives
  • 5 theory sessions
  • 4 open water dives 
  • temporary use of course materials
  • Logbook 
  • dive equipment rental
  • tank fillings during the course
