Terms and conditions
All prices are inclusive VAT. payment in Lei on B.N.R. daily money rate. If a dive cannot be continued or will be canceled because of weather or environment conditions such as (temperature, visibility, wind, current, etc) there will be no money refund. To participate you must bring your: dive certificate(s), logbook, dive related insurance (like the ones what DAN offer), medical statement not older than 1 year what declares that you are fit for diving Any wreck with a distance of more than 5Nm from Tomis harbor we consider as a long distance wreck. * For the submarine wreck we charge 50 euro for 1 and 80 euro for 2 dives, minimum qualification is Advanced diver or equivalent and 10 wreck dives in similar Black Sea conditions. The dives will only be made with Nitrox and proper certification for that. Nitrox fillings are not included in the price. Aquarius preserves themselves the right of price modifications without any notice.
